Take care when cleaning

When cleaning properties watch out for:
water tobies
underground pipes
power & communication infrastructure to avoid further damage and the risk of electric shocks
Where possible, please wear masks to protect from dust, sturdy footwear to prevent injuries and gloves to avoid contact with the silt/mud.
Wash your hands after handling silt/mud.

Please put any flood-affected items roadside and keep separate: whiteware, silt/mud, general waste, and hazardous waste. If you require assistance please get in touch with us. If you still have flood-affected items that need to be collected, please fill out our Customer Service Request form so we can arrange a pick-up for you.
